Collaboration between LNS-INFN (Catania, Italy), the University of Ioannina (Ioannina, Greece), the University of Athens (Athens, Greece) and the Hellenic Institute of Nuclear Physics. The focus will be on the main topics specified in the Memorandum of Understanding that has been established between the involved Parties.
